Make us exercise without us knowing we are exercising. No excuse for not having time for the gym. I enjoyed the game but graduated to the self defined exercise sets.

good workout game

I exercise alot but this is good to pick up and play when i want to get a quick workout in. It is surprisingly efficient and I am able to break a sweat and get a decent calorie burn out of it. The ring works good and has good resistance .

It does get your heart beating pretty good and you can work up a sweat. I like that you can tailor it to your current needs and alter the intensity of it. I like that it lets you play a game while working out.

Makes working out fun

It makes doing physical activity fun. I especially like the varied the exercise movements. I live in Seattle, so when the rainy weather hits and I can't even go out for a walk, this is a great alternative to get some movement in my day.

Skeptical at 1st, but my word is it a good workout

Being locked in quarantine with a desk job at home, I needed something to get me on my feet. I did not know it would make me sweat this much though! This is the greatest purchase. It has but jet fuel in my motivation for health and exercise.
