We split the leg and arm between parent and child and both get a partial work out then switch. Kid loves it and I like being with kid Christmas 2020

It is really good game with exercise. So many different options to choose. It does have levels from beginners to extreme adventure. Recommend to everyone.

You wouldn't know you were burning calories as you play and exercise. Got the whole family involved. Great activity for winter time when your stuck inside because of the cold.

If you are honest about your fitness level during the set up this can be a decent work out. The story mode is a little corny but you will feel the burn. Would def recommend.
