The minigames aren't as exciting or engaging, so once i get through the actual game which doesn't appear to be that long, i could lose interest, but the game itself is pretty fun to incorporate exercise. Definitely works up a sweat.

Get some exercise while playing a game.

You defeat your foes in the game by exercising. The ring seems plenty sturdy and the controller snaps into it quite easily. The leg strap is low tech but does what it's supposed to very well.

Run in Place Sim

There are other exercises thrown in here and there, but have no illusion, you will spend 90% of your time running in place. You can do that without spending $80.
