It's good for kids that want to get a little exercise, but gets boring quickly. My daughter found a way to not even exercise and get the objective completed.

Could be fun for people who don't exercise

It's better to exercise on your own. but if you don't really want to exercise other than using this video game I guess it's better than nothing.
