I'm not a terribly active person, but I do workout and I was pretty surprised just how much of a workout Ring Fit Adventure provides! Every workout I'm getting my heart rate up and getting a really good sweat. And the workouts are gameified enough that it is easy to get motivated! It has just enough RPG elements to make me push on to unlock that next area, skill or to level up

I'm loving this game so far! It's really helping keep me motivated to work out regularly, and I really feel like I'm working too. You can toggle difficulty level, so it's a great workout tool for all levels of experience. Very fun choice if you're someone who wants a somewhat guided workout and finds leveling up and completing video game stages motivating!

Been using few days. Good game to keep you active. Leg strap is little small for big people. Glad there are different lvl to play for more active people. The stretch part need more improvement but so far the game is fun to play and get the heart rate up. Keep in mind thia game isnt to get you define. You still need to work out and eat better.

Great game. The Ring really makes the exercises way more interactive and I feel like I'm getting a quality workout.

This worked surprisingly better than I expected it to. I've been using it daily with my 4 children (ages 3-10). They love playing the games, and I love the way I feel afterwards. It's probably not on par with having a personal trainer or anything, but it's great for someone like me that's looking to just trim up and lose some weight, not looking to get a 6-pack and massive biceps.
