It even has a mode where I won’t be making so music noise due to living on top floor at an apartment they have a quiet mode which allows you to squat instead of running. Love that mode! Very hard gets you sweaty over all 10/10 Definitely Recommend!!

You have to do different types of exercise to beat the bad guys. What I like about this system/game is you must get up and MOVE!!! It has different fitness levels and as you win each level, then you increase your repetitions and open up more types of exercises. The only small issue I have with the ring, sometimes it doesn’t pick up your push/pull on the ring. Other than that, it’s a great concept.
