Is a good workout.

Make sure to start moderately and work your way up because I was sore after starting too high the first go around. Fun, engaging, good for getting up off the couch and moving around more.

Good Product No Packaging

I wish it at least had a bag around it or some kind of protective covering over just putting a label on a box that isn't very sturdy, esp for transit. Inside things were sealed and safe but i was still a bit miffed.

I think its a very good game for teens who are looking to be active and even adults. It probably isnt worth the amount that you are expected to pay for it but you will definetely have fun with this game.
