It's alright

It really got me going but slightly boring after a bit (might be because I hate exercising). My elementary-age nieces loved it but the ring is too difficult for smaller kids younger than 2nd grade.

Good workout, entertaining

Some of the exercises are a little awkward, but most are pretty simple but it does build strength and its an easy way to sneak in cardio. I was super disappointed to see a cancer warning on the box, though. It makes me want to not use it as much for sure.

Honestly fantastic

This ring is fantastic. I can do so many different exercises and I actually enjoy it as I am watching and holding with the game. The minigames and adventure mode forces goals for exercising, pushing you to your absolute limits. I am super surprised how durable the ring is to squeezing and how much it wants you to squeeze in. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to exercise for cheap, in their home, and have fun at the same time.
