Provides an excellent workout and does it's best to make sure you aren't overextending yourself and reminding you to hydrate.

Pretty good workout! Some of the exercises are a little awkward, but most are pretty simple but it does build strength and its an easy way to sneak in cardio. I was super disappointed to see a cancer warning on the box, though. It makes me want to not use it as much for sure.

This is a cool game idea just needs to be a little more engaging. It really got me going but slightly boring after a bit (might be because I hate exercising). My elementary-age nieces loved it but the ring is too difficult for smaller kids younger than 2nd grade.

I was skeptical at first, as what all can this ring do? This ring is fantastic. I can do so many different exercises and I actually enjoy it as I am watching and holding with the game. The minigames and adventure mode forces goals for exercising, pushing you to your absolute limits. I am super surprised how durable the ring is to squeezing and how much it wants you to squeeze in. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to exercise for cheap, in their home, and have fun at the same time.

I love this game! The creative way to tell a story and motivate the player at the same time. I will warn people that when you decide what level of intensity you want your workouts to be, to be sure when you first start (especially if you barely workout like me), they are really intense and will make you sore!
