A Great Place to Start Your Fitness Journey

It provides a full body workout, it's fun, has nice graphics, and wonderful music. I've played this game for about a year now, although I do take breaks from time to time. The variety of exercises are spectacular and although the story isn't too special this game really gets you pumped up to workout.

Fun exercise game and equipment

Great for working out at home in front of the TV. Can be tailored lighter or harder workouts. I bumped mine up, struggled a bit, and at the end they knew I did and asked if I wanted to bump it back to my previous setting, which was a good one for me.
