As a grad student, I spend the majority of my time in lab. It's really hard to incorporate exercise into my routine because heading out to the gym is the last thing I want to do after I get home. I started on the easiest difficulty, and I love how the game doesn't make you feel guilty for not going hard.

Great way to get off the couch and still game

It was recommended by a colleague and quickly became a family activity. It is a great way to burn some calories at home when you take a break from watching shows or gaming. Reminds me of Wii Sports Resort except this is quite a bit kore activity and can even check your pulse between runs. The only problem is that now there is a queue for who gets to use the ring...
