This is an exercise game that will definitely get your heart rate up. The premise is to run, squat, and squeeze the ring as you play a story mode via your Switch console (or you can make your own workout). The graphics are not going to blow you away, but they look clean enough. The joy con will slip down your leg, typically, but the system works good overall. I've played it a little bit but my wife has played it a lot more as an exercise option during bad weather - she recommends it so I consider this a RECOMMENDATION for anybody looking for a unique way to exercise beyond walking/running. NOTE: I wouldn't recommend this product at all if you only have the Switch Lite. This game is really meant to be docked to a television while you exercise.

Very cool game concept to get you up and moving. I struggled a little bit at first but after playing through a few short courses it becomes obvious how the game works. As you progress, an impressive amount of variety gets introduced. Just be sure to set this to the right difficulty. If you’ve been a bit sedentary during lockdown, you’ll want to start off slow. Fun game! Definitely recommend.

Exercise games usually fade away because after the initial excitement, the drive to keep coming back isn’t there. It’s just exercise. This game on the other hand is an adventure game first and exercise second. You want to see what happens next, and you really do burn calories doing the fairly wide array of exercises. The ring itself is sturdy and hasn’t become misshapen with the many hours of use it’s gotten.

My wife says she loves it! Its always givin her a challenge in the game!
