First, it does what it's supposed to do. It records motion. But it takes a while to alert me. I feel like I have a very strong network connection and people can make it the 40 or 50 feet down my walkway before the motion alerts me. The cameras do not pick up motion at night. This is an issue. They are supposed to. The doorbell detects motion right away and works great.

I read up on many different camera monitoring systems. I read all the reviews prior to purchasing. It was easy to install. I just mounted it on my front door. I could not hard wire it , because my existing doorbell was wired on the side and it has to a full view from your front door. My only complaint is the battery life is supposed to last 4-6. Mine only last about 3 weeks and i fully charged it prior to mounting it. I hope it last longer this time. I would purchase again.

I purchased the Combo Pack. Had a problem with both stick up cams, called Ring directly they sent (2) new cams out, they worked great. The great thing about this is any family member with the app can talk and listen at the same time, so you can have a group talk. The only problem I had is when your router looses power some times you have to reconfigure the cams with the app, but i have that with some other "connected devises" as well. My solution was a battery backup for the router. I am using the solar charger that works well and makes installation easier on the outside of the house. Works with Windows 10 so don't forget to put it on your desktop, this is another huge plus!! I am not easily impressed but, this product did impress me with Quality, Ease of installation and, App functions..

Simple installation. Easy set up via app. Video quality is great. Can manage each camera's features separately. Inexpensive and immediate access to begin securing your home, for peace of mind. I would definitely recommend the Ring Security System to anyone considering this system.

These are great cameras with great quality. I was a little skeptical at first about it but after having them for 3 months I see how great it works. It's great how we can instant notifications if someone is near the home and being able to rewatch the videos. Only thing I quite don't like is having to pay a certain amount to keep your videos otherwise besides that it's a good security system. So yes it has its ups and downs but I do love it.

Had priced and considered professional video monitoring through home security companies and priced/considered professional installation of video cameras at my home with pricing running into $1800+. Had heard of ring from the doorbell reviews, but was not aware of the stick il cams. Stumbled across this package at Best Buy and the price plus the other reviews made it a no brainer. Been almost 30 days since getting, and couldn't be more pleased. Would buy it again in a heartbeat. Installations were a total breeze - doorbell installed and configured in 15 minutes (seriously). Stick up cams took longer, but only because it took longer to decide where to put it (combination of wifi signal and view area and solar panel coverage (I added the $49 solar panel powere option separately). All in all, feel much more secure with this - love being able to peek in to see whts happening anytime. Would absolutely buy again and would definitely recommend.

This product were so helpful to me! I can monitor kids while im working.The only thing is sometimes. this products is late in giving me notice. But overall this product is great

The Stick Up Cameras are pretty solid, but the battery life could be better, I have them in high traffic areas and they need to be charged every other week. The Ring doorbell works awesome, I have it wired to the 24VAC doorbell circuit and it doesn't have any problems keeping itself charged. The Chime was hit or miss at first because I could not change the ring sounds, but after a full reset of the device, all was well.

It seemed like a good time to add some security cameras to our house, primarily to keep an eye on any packages that would be delivered for Christmas. Pro: Simple to install and get up and running. Con: One of the stick-up cameras worked ok inside when I checked everything out but quit working after a few hours when it was installed outside in the cold. I added a solar panel to it for power. I added a wifi extender between it and my router. It still had the same problem, it would work inside, not outside. I contacted the Ring product support people and after some "check this and verify that" I was sent a replacement. So far, the replacement is working OK. The doorbell camera is supposed to be powered by the doorbell wiring. For unknown reasons, it ran on battery power for a few days last week. I popped it off, recharged the battery and put it back on. It's back to running on the doorbell wiring again. Not sure what happened there. The other stick up camera has worked fine since the beginning. The video quality is adequate. The cameras do not have any "night vision" capability. It is easy to check the cameras using the iPhone or iPad when we are away from home. The motion sensors are very sensitive even when it is too dark for the cameras to pick up anything. The live view is very handy. The cost of using their cloud storage service is $30/year per device ($90/yr for the three cameras in this package). On the whole, I'm satisfied with the product and the service support I received in getting the one stick up camera replaced.

I purchased this ring bundle on sale for 399.00 it included 2 solar panels as well great deal the only thing I don't like is that it only records up to 30 seconds after it detects motion.. if u look at the live feed it's as long as u choose.. plus it's 99 dollars extra for the cloud storage for all items overall if I could get this deal again I would buy another set and put a doorbell in the backyard..

Out of the box had issues connecting to my WiFi. Each device required a factory reset before they would connect. Now that they are connected everything works as advertised. Great video and audio quality. The biggest issue is people seem to get confused when I talk to them through the doorbell. lol

I haven't heard any complaints. It's simple to install and works well.

The stick up camera and doorbell works great. However to record and store activity you will need to pay 3/month/device. Not a wallet buster but something you need to know up front. Thus far with normal activity I have found the stick up camera battery will need to be charged about every 3 weeks....not the advertised 6 months to a year.

i really wanted this to work! Very easy set up, Stick up cam works perfectly. That's where it ends. i have tried everything to get the doorbell to work. It's either too sensitive or not enough. It never has videoed a delivery person. The ring on doorbell is quite delayed. For the most part when I experiment with it, only catches me leaving, if at all. My wifi signal is very strong, but just in case, I bought an extender, and I actually think it's worse now. Tried my best, but will be returning this weekend. Two stars because stickup cam works, and their customer service is easy to work with.

These seemed like the perfect solution for my needs. I just wanted some cameras around the perimeter of my house. Set up and installation was very easy and the cameras connected to my wifi with no issues. The free app was easy to use as well. The only issue I had was once they were installed,they did not function as I had hoped. Recording was slow to begin after an action triggered the camera, and I wasn't able to get the camera's live feed function to work consistently. Tech support was helpful, but at the end of the day, I uninstalled the cameras and returned them. For the price, Ring should include better wifi antennas to make consistent connections. Disappointing because I really liked the idea of wireless cameras.

This is one the best purchases that we have ever done. Easy to install, practical and useful. We love the cloud where you can view past recordings. We are at peace when we leave the house. It is a deterant for robbers, because you can talk to them regardless where you are. The batteries last a long time too.

Bought a bundle set for myself. Loved it so much,I bought a bundle set for my aging parents as well. Easy to use, easy to set up.

It works great. Solves my main issue as a doorbell. It's really nice to see the person waiting. Only downside is the battery only lasts about a month (I think because we have so much traffic passing by). But it's still worth it.

I chose these over other brands because they had a solar powered option. Everything works as advertised, my only comment is that the cameras can sometimes be slow to open the shutter and focus (1-2 seconds). One of my cameras even though solar powered has a hard time staying charged.
