I do love this camera and it works well with the Ring app for the doorbell but you do have to pay for a subscription to view and save videos from the camera. They give you a 30 day trial but by the time that is up it is too late to return item to store if you do not want to subscribe. I did not see a way to test it without subscription so I had to return to Best Buy. Other than that I love the camera it is small but really nice! Best value for any of these cameras I have seen subscription aside.

Just ring cam work pretty good nice quality picture and I would very pleased with it the only downside that I found where at night if it's not a lot of light cuz I had it from my window so I can wash my vehicle outside and it's not waterproof so it wasn't like I could have it on the outside so from my window at night if it's not a lot of light you actually not able to see what's going on you just see maybe a shot of something but overall it's a good cam

Fish eye lense takes a large view of the desired space to monitor. Easy to hook up to the app and share with designated parties.

Great camera to have on the indoor of a house or room. Not easy to setup as I would like but great video quality. Night vision is great and notifications are on time.

Bought these to augment and existing Ring camera system. Cameras work nicely looking at two interior rooms.

very good simple camera setup, however there is no SD Card to save videos, and the only way to save video is up to the cloud, where the cheapest option at current time is $3 a month, and much more if you need more than one camera. For those that may not realize this, this is a AC power wired camera. It does not have a rechargeable battery. While this camera is not 4K, it is decent 1080p, and very easy to setup. I almost went with a cheaper camera, however I do not trust the other brands as they are based off-shore. Ring is owned by amazon. I use this camera to keep an eye out on an elderly loved one, and it works great for that!! Even with 2 way audio/video back and forth when needed!

Got this for my mom. You don’t need a hub or anything like that. Just plug it in and create an account for it. She uses it inside pointing at her front door/kitchen. She likes it. Picture is clear.

I’ve added 7 of these specific cameras, the ring doorbell, chime, window and door sensors and a battery powered rechargeable indoor outdoor camera to create a whole home security system. Initially I had just two of these cameras and liked them so much that I continued to add other devices. I love being able to check in on my dogs when at work and figure out which one pulled the bread from the pantry to devour it. Shepards open doors…funny/not funny!

Absolutely love these Ring cameras. It took 5 minutes to set up. You can see the entire room in the view. Great hi definition color during the day but you can still get a pretty.good view even if it’s dark (in black and white). I like that you dont need the doorbell or other Ring products to use. I picked the plug in model because I didnt want to deal with any batteries. I will be purchasing additional cameras to cover more rooms

I like how easy it was to set up this item and get it running. And boy once I did the features it has blew me away. From two way talk to the picture clarity when checking in on my pets is amazing. With a ring protection pro membership you can also save all of your videos in the cloud. So if some one ever does break in or one of your pets does some thing cute you are covered.

Im very pleased with the clarity and the field of view this camera offers. No problem setting it up.
