Also when you receive a motion alert it takes several seconds to view live. It also doesn't record or alert you even though the health report says theres a good connection.

Here at Ring, we take your security and peace of mind seriously. Please know that we are here to ensure that we can find a resolution together.
If you are experiencing poor audio or video quality during a live view, but your recordings are fine, this can be caused by either a poor connection between your mobile device and the cloud servers, or a connectivity problem between the Ring device and your router. In rare cases, however, this can be caused by settings in your router.
It is also possible that your Internet Service Provider (ISP) may be blocking these ports. In such cases, the Ring device won’t be able to respond to Live View requests from your mobile device and you may receive motion notifications but find yourself unable to connect to the video.
