Bought the camera for my dads assisted living apartment. Having the camera gave me a peace of mind being able to check on him.

Great camera for home invasion recording and safety.

Works great. Easy to monitor your whole home. I have several that I have put in different rooms and you can monitor all of them on one screen on your phone.

Small, but clear and powerful. Picks up the dog’s movements during the day when I am at work. I moved my old one outside to the deck, so now all doors are covered.

I recommend this camera to anyone who is looking for a simple indoor camera that brings function, control and affordability without the hassle of installation (BB didn't ship my first order. so I had to wait longer to receive it, just saying). Not only is Ring a trusted brand, but the audio, streaming and video recordings are good quality for the price. I also believe you get a 30 day trial for movement recordings to store on the cloud for a while etc, but it will still allow you to stream without it. I'm going with the small monthly subscription to upload on the cloud for playback reasons. I live in an apartment and maintenance tend to come in without prior notice while I'm out. This camera gives some peace of mind knowing what's going on while I'm out. The actual camera and software is easy to setup. The software gives more control than a lot of other cameras on this budget level. I appreciate being able to control motion sensitivity and decide what area in the room's purview I don't want the motion detector to pickup. My living room curtains are always moving and my previous budget camera would send annoying motion alerts despite being on the less sensitive detection. With the software/phone app, I am super pleased to "disarm" the camera lens when I'm home without plugging it out for privacy (it doesn't have a physical privacy slider to block the lens, so due to a little paranoia, I once still covered it with a ventilated styrofoam cup for good measure -- I know). Also, since I had to unplug my previous camera just for privacy, couple times in the mornings I forgot to plug it back in. This would cause frustration while at work. Now, I can keep this camera plugged in all the time. If I leave and forget the "disarm" on, I can simply remove it remotely with the app and start viewing/recording. I plan to get another one!

The Ring System is the way to go. I have 8 cameras/ floodlights and doorbell in and around the perimeter of my home.

The camera is easy to set up. The video is clear and notifies you when there is movement detected. I can always catch my dog when she tries to get on the couch.

Great camera catches everything. Came with 30 day trial, i choose to keep the plan after the trial. I have the camera and the doorbell and the chime for the door bell and i pay 10 for the subscription. Which can be cancelled at any time. The camera quality is great and also works in the dark and sound quality it’s great too. Overall 10 out of 10. It had a little light on it that show when the camera is active i went to Home Depot and put a little piece of black tape over it can’t even see the light on it so they never know when I’m checking in☺️

Peace of mind, quality picture and clarity. The picture can rotate right to left for full viewing.

Very easy to set up. Small enough to be un-noticeable. Video quality is great in both regular and night light. Like that you can deactivate individually.

I think for the price this is a good deal and for some it will be just what they needed, but this is not ideal if you're hoping to be inconspicuous and need a hidden camera. The camera has to be plugged into the wall for it to record, making it somewhat easy for someone to simply disconnect it. Also during the set up process, the device announces fairly loudly that it's setting up, so it's not very discreet. And for any new Ring users, you have a 30 day free trial then you have to pay to save your videos, which should be considered. The picture quality does seem good though and it has a wide scope of view which is also an added bonus. Not sure if the night mode is decent or not.

Very good camera with a great picture. Some times the night vision is off if on a long surface, like a dresser. It will highlight the top and offset the night vision. Easy fix is to put on an edge or raised on something.

Easy to set up and use. Only downside is to use 95% of its functions you need a buy a subscription plan.

Works great, I use it for watching my cat when I'm out of town, I even talked to my cat on it.

Great security camera. The only thing I don’t like is having to pay a monthly fee to record, but it does a good job covering the space needed!

I always like Ring product and bought this one for my hallway and its working as expected with bright picture with good speaker sound and security features.

Excellent little camera and inexpensive. Great video quality, have the ability to communicate through rhe camera.
