Great Camera

I didn’t give 5 stars because the video sometimes pauses while viewing live (I have the cameras facing outside my windows). My WiFi speeds are fast as I’ve upgraded my plan to 400mps uploads of 38mps as well as bought an Orbi mesh router system and still find that the camera(s) pause video when live view so it’s not my wifi as customer service has told me. Overall, does the job

Everyone is always Pleasant and willing to help and very knowledgeable. every time I need a present the first place I go is Best Buy they always have what I need immediately or within 2 days

It sounds like you are concerned with the features of the device. The Ring Indoor Cam (1st Gen) does not have a privacy cover, However, the Ring Indoor Cam (2nd Gen) and the Ring Pan-Tilt Indoor Cam both have a privacy cover.

It sounds like the device is not performing as expected. For optimal performance, it is not recommended to aim your Ring device directly at a window. The glass can negatively affect the camera's ability to accurately detect motion. Repositioning the camera to a location that avoids facing a window should provide a better image.

Cat Poop Room Monitor

These were very quick to set up and I'm happy to report that I've had no issues with the cameras so far. As a new homeowner, I highly recommend getting a few for peace of mind!

When it's dark, your Indoor Cam has night vision that should automatically come on to improve the view for videos or Live View.
