Tech support is excellent and I use it. Set up so that family members could use took an hour on the phone with tech support. Be prepared if you need this feature.

At night, the window glass reflected any light and made it worthless. Not what it was designed for. Had to return it.

I have several other ring devices but this is the first of this type. The power cord is a nice length so I had zero issues with this purchase.

Not liking the current news information regarding people not tapping into the camera system. Audio can be a bit choppy just have to make sure your Internet service provider is providing a very high bit rate.

You must pay for monthly subscription to have video stored. They will not give you a receipt, or send email. You just see it on your credit card bill

Overall a good camera

Current model offers 140 degree but images close to the edges were not sharp. Video recorded person image could be hardly be identified.

Perfect for when away you can see live feed and get reports when there is motion.

I'm not sure of the other security cameras. But I had few issues with ring indoor. 1 blue led can be seen 2. When facing camera on pointed at an outside window, you can see bright light and reflection of everyone inside the house. Overall the ring indoor camera is great device

I am happy with the camera concept, yet I am not happy with Ring since I was told from the beginning no subscription needed if you keep the videos for seven days. After my purchase of two cameras I got only 30 days free Recording. After that you have to purchase a subscription to keep your videos!!!
