Tech support is excellent and I use it. Set up so that family members could use took an hour on the phone with tech support. Be prepared if you need this feature.

That means you either have to remember to turn it on everytime you leave the house, or... Just not use it.

I have several other ring devices but this is the first of this type. The power cord is a nice length so I had zero issues with this purchase.

Not liking the current news information regarding people not tapping into the camera system. Audio can be a bit choppy just have to make sure your Internet service provider is providing a very high bit rate.

I was able to drill into the house and hook it up. Works off WiFi and is almost real time.

Perfect for when away you can see live feed and get reports when there is motion.

Quality is decent, I was actually more impressed with the cheap one there. Very wide angle, but with that comes distortion. Does what it needs to, but I'm not blown away.
