Clear pictures but only in the day. Cannot pick up anything on the outside at nights. Ring should consider providing their basic service for free.

This device also features 1080p full HD resolution, two-way audio, HD video recording, and a wide viewing angle. After reading your review, it seems that your Indoor Camera is having trouble picking up motion at night. The Ring Indoor Camera was designed to offer security at both day and nighttime. If you are having trouble with your camera detecting motion at nighttime, we recommend adjusting your motion settings. Information on how to do so can be found in the following help center article: https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360050360052-Customizable-Motion-Zones-for-Battery-Powered-Devices-. Please pay close attention to the Motion Frequency setting and consider adjusting this to frequent within the Ring App. Frequent gives you the most motion alerts and ensures you don’t miss any activity.

A nice part is that if you subscribe, you can add new cameras to your monitoring at no additional charge. One frustration is that the audio is pretty poor over the camera.

Was hard to sync back with our ring system when we unplugged it. Also would not let us playback video after trial was up without purchasing upgrade.
