The only thing that is seriously annoying is that it’s so sensitive to ANY motion, my cats can’t even flinch without the alert going off! It’s a good thing but bad thing.

Was hard to sync back with our ring system when we unplugged it. Also would not let us playback video after trial was up without purchasing upgrade.

If you are experiencing poor audio or video quality during a live view, but your recordings are fine, this can be caused by either a poor connection between your mobile device and the cloud servers, or a connectivity problem between the Ring device and your router. In rare cases, however, this can be caused by settings in your router.
