The only thing that is seriously annoying is that it’s so sensitive to ANY motion, my cats can’t even flinch without the alert going off! It’s a good thing but bad thing.

If you are experiencing poor audio or video quality during a live view, but your recordings are fine, this can be caused by either a poor connection between your mobile device and the cloud servers, or a connectivity problem between the Ring device and your router. In rare cases, however, this can be caused by settings in your router.

The cameras work great but sometimes seem to lose connection to the internet. It happens more than I would like, but they do work pretty good over all.
