    Ring security camera audio is poor. I purchased this so I could watch and talk to my pets when I am not home. However, they cannot hear me. Plus the video doesn’t stay on consistently, I have to refresh all the time . Iam not satisfied with this product.

    Ok for security, not a baby monitor camera

    Camera is ok for security purposes only, if you want to use it as a baby monitor, it can only stay on live view for 10 minutes and it disconnects, nothing you can do as limit is set by ring. Had to return as it was useless without that feature, had to constantly open and restart it on tablet

    When I purchased it, it would not turn on. I brought it back to Best Buy and had them test out the other ones they had in stock and it seems like they got a bad batch. Seems like the product is cheap so I went for the Stick Up Outside Camera, which feels like its better quality.

    Great camera but kills my wifi i will be returning them sorry great deal quality is great. But my internet is slow and nothing works good when its on so sorry to say I will have to look for an alternative

    Not happy or impressed with this product. The device has good Wi-Fi coverage. I’m in IT and I’m using a ubiquity LR AP to connect the device. It keeps randomly going off line. Also my other ring cameras have had trouble connecting to live view consistently since adding this to the eco system.

    The thing stopped working after unplugging it and trying to move it to a new location. Could not reset the device and end up returning it and getting a Nest Camera. Very disappointed.

We are saddened to read that this device did not automatically reconnect to your home's wifi network after relocating it to a new location, but are still here to assist you, if needed.

      It sounds like you may need to manually reconnect the device to your wifi network. This can be achieved by navigating to the Device Health section within the Ring app. Tap on the three lines at the top left of the Ring app Dashboard screen, then tap Devices and select the device that you want to reconnect to wifi. Tap on Device Health. Here is a helpful step-by-step guide to walk you through the entire process: https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000308463-Multiple-Ring-Products-Offline.

    This indoors camera was garbage worked for 4/5 weeks then the internet went out for 2 hrs and when it came back on the camera would not reconnect no matter what I tried finally just bought a different one and it’s way better

      After reading your review it seems that your Indoor Camera is having trouble staying connected to your home wifi. When this occurs, we recommend rebooting your wifi modem and router. Since your router and modem are usually the hardest working devices in your house, for optimal performance you should reboot them about once a month. To reboot routers or modems, follow the instructions below:
      Unplug your router or modem from its power supply (don’t just turn it off).
      If your router and modem are separate, unplug both of them.
      Wait at least 30 seconds, then plug them back in.
      Wait for your internet to be restored.
      Here is a helpful article which walks you though additional steps to take if the issue still persists for you after your modem/router reboot: https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360023559372-Fixing-Your-Devices-Falling-Offline-Repeatedly-by-Adjusting-Your-Router.

    I have equipped my entire house with the Ring cameras. I absolutely love how you get to see everything whenever you're home or away, also being able to talk thru the camera with the great visibility of the color camera or nighttime vision is awesome. Everyone has to get at least one just to see how much you will love it.

    This ring devise does the job...I guess.... the picture quality is great but the 2 way is terrible. Nobody can understand what I’m saying on the other end. The doorbell is the same way. Wish it worked better.
