    i really wanted a camera for security purposes and this camera came not working. i am a bit disappointed but the wonderful representative was awesome replacing it.

The Indoor Cam is a smaller next-generation security camera specifically designed to be used indoors to bolster the security around your home. This device also features 1080p full HD resolution, two-way audio, HD video recording, and a wide viewing angle. Please know that it is a priority for us to be of assistance and find a resolution to your concern.

      After reading your review, it seems that your indoor camera is having trouble staying connected to your home wifi. When this occurs, we recommend rebooting your wifi modem and router. For optimal performance, since your router and modem are usually the hardest-working devices in your house, you should reboot them about once a month. To reboot routers or modems, follow the instructions below:

      Unplug your router or modem from its power supply (don’t just turn it off).

      If your router and modem are separate, unplug both of them.

      Wait at least 30 seconds, then plug them back in.

      Wait for your internet to be restored.

    Not happy that this has to be plugged in. I bought3 other ones that are battery operated and was happy with them. Do not like the plug in ones.

    Brought 2 of these cameras for my moms house and the sound quality is so poor you can not make out what they are saying during video.

      Based on your review, it seems that you are having trouble with answering your doorbell from your Ring App. Rapid Ring is a "light" version of the classic Ring app with most of the features stripped out except for the ability to activate a Live View and respond to an event as quickly as possible.
