This is a nice little camera. You won't go wrong with the purchase of this indoor camera for outdoor security monitoring. I have had a few of my Ring products to go offline and fail to provide me with live and/or recorded footage, which defeats the purpose of having the product. If it fails even once out of 100,00 times, its the time you really needed it that counts the most. That said, I would not trust anyone who hasn't been in the business longer than Ring with similar solutions. Versatility matters: the hardware is solid, hang it upside down, mount it sideways, sit it on the window seal and the coverage reaches you right side up. Connecting the device to your WiFi and/or to your Chime unit is not too difficult, but as you can expect with any encryption, technology is not yet perfected on sustainability of wireless signal handling. That being said, if you decide to use one of these for security monitoring, consider purchasing other devices (from Ring or any other reliable manufacturer) for window and door alerts. Short story: In 2020, you may never have 100% reliability on video signaling and event recording. Things happen... And, where there are frequencies, there are ways... Be reasonable in your expectations and you will be pleased with the results, but don't be foolish in assuming that the camera alone will solve all your little problems. Get a really big beautiful friendly d-o-g with no bark and all protection. Also helps if your neighbors and friends are members of law enforcement who care about everyone (everyone) in the community.

Bought this and was surprised to see how small it was upon opening the box. However although small it's mighty! We already have the Ring Doorbell Pro so this was a breeze to set up as had the phone app. Simply scan the code with your phone and it walks you through the setup steps. The picture at night is crystal clear, daylight is perfect and for the price it's a super good value! So easy to access the videos using the app as well. We paid for the extra program that let's you keep and record the videos instead of just watching live only. Well worth the purchase! Have had no problems and feel much more secure! Thanks for the great product RING!!!

I really like this camera, I put it in my studio apt and the quality is great. The alerts are amazing and the motions are spot on. It'd alert me each time there is a motion. I'd get to see it LIVE, so the quality is great. This was my first purchase, and I plan to get a couple more.

I love the RING Cameras I have plugins and battery operated I have one at the front and one are the back of my trailer and I can see the entire inside I have them out side also.if the electricity ever goes out I have the battery operated one also to work.

LOVE this indoor camera. The picture quality is great and it notifies great on motion and sound. Great addition to keep and eye out on the kids playing in other parts of the house.

Works great. We have had it for a little bit to make sure I am happy with the product before reviewing. It is nice to access from my phone. You do have to have the app. Great with alexa show. I recommend this.

The camera provides an excellent picture. The installation is super simple. The price is competitive. I know that there are other cameras that cost less. But, I've tried a number of them and reliability on them was never good.

These little cameras work very good for package thief’s and for people snooping around your property and at $30 a year for a subscription to be able to have video proof that will hold up in court it’s worth getting them.

Neat little camera.. setup was a breeze, took about 5 minutes, Good picture quality, very impressed with the night vision on this camera.. Our primary use is to monitor our dogs while we are away...great piece of mind..

Amazing camera for indoor use. Easy to set up and connect to my other Ring devices and Ring account. We mainly use it to keep an eye out in our pup now that we are returning to the office and it’s worked out great.

Definitely would recommend this camera. I really think it’s worth the cost and the subscription fees. Do keep in mind there are subscription fees with ring, but for peace of mind and keeping your videos long term in case of theft is worth it.

Pros: clear images even with IR night mode Cons: unless I’ve got it twisted, but it seems you have to do a new set up if you’re doing it wired or with a battery. That made little to no sense to me. I was also hoping the battery would remain charged while the unit is plugged in but that seems to also not be the case. I also didn’t like that I have to set up the motion areas each time I’m turning the camera back on.

Small and blends in so its not noticeable. No fuss and coverage is great.

These cameras are great. They pick everything. Only downside is they are internet dependent, so if you have spotty internet connection in can cause problems. Overall though the cameras themselves work great.

Love these cameras, great price, easy to install and set up. Great security for a very fair price. Used a zip tie to attach to patio glass door handle and have a great view of outside patio using an indoor camera. Don't use that door often, so works fine.

Works great. I have not had any technical issues and gives piece of mind when im away.

It took a bit to connect to my internet. It seems to be working as expected.

Excellent way to monitor pets when you are away from home. I bought 3 for different rooms and I can watch high quality video on my smartphone or laptop. Easy to install if you have Wi-Fi.

I am very pleased with this camera and its functionality. it covers a wide range and alerts me when ever there is movement. I can stop the motion when I am in the house and turn the motion on again when I leave my home. I love it!!!!

The camera itself is good but the microphone on it is not the best.
