I've had two indoor camera randomly shuts off on different days. It has its use to record and capture. You won't regret it if you truly need it. Adds a peace of mind knowing you can always watch from anywhere in the world as long as you have wifi and power. The subscription is really low cost which is why I love it so far.

I would definitely recommend purchasing the Ring Pro and have purchased additional Ring Products such as the Flood Light Cam, Spot Light Cam and the Spot Light Cam Battery and several indoor cams.

I put this out in the garage as that was previously the only part of my home not covered by video. It is now, and this little camera works perfectly for my needs. I really like that I can shut off recording and motion alerts if I'm going to be out in the garage for a while.
