We used this camera to keep an eye on an elderly relative who was living alone. It was not expensive and it was simple to use. You just plug it in and set up the app on your phone. You can log in when you want and talk to the person. They can hear you but can't see you.

Had some issues with connection early on but Ring has updated a couple times and everything seems fine now... I have this sitting in my living room and covers my front and back doors to my house... plus I can check in on the dogs... works great connects easy just plug in open the Ring app and set it up.

This is the 3rd camera we are buying from Ring. Purchased multiple units and adding more camera will not increase your subscription fee for the home security service. Great and easy way to monitor your home while away.

Easy setup exactly what I was looking for, very clear view

mounted in window looking out over my patio and works very well. Looking out through the glass you need to turn off the infrared function and any car lights that hit the glass will set off the motion detection. It takes great video and works well in this position so long as you have good wifi.

Easy to set up. Gives me peace of mind that my dogs are safe from getting into something and it monitors my house for uninvited guests. My apartment occasionally has repair guys, i can keep an eye on my apartment while they are working.

Outstanding performance. Clear video and audio, logical user interface. Plug-in power and free-standing devices makes them easy to install and move but also easy to disable.I was able to place 2 of the 3 devices in low profile or hard to access locations so they work for me.

If you have babies at home and want to monitor them or travel and want to monitor your house, this indoor camera is an excellent choice. However, there are some privacy concerns for some folks. You can use the ring app on your phone or computer to control (enable, disable, snooze, etc.) it.

Easy to use. Clear picture and fast love this camera

Very easy to use. I purchased two for my apartment, one for the main room/entrance and another for a view of our cars from a window facing the parking lot. You can use this with any smartphone as long as you have the app without a subscription. The subscription is needed if you want to record.

This camera has good quality and fits right in to my Ring ecosystem. $100 a year gets unlimited online video storage for my 4 cameras and provides WiFi alarm coverage of my alarm system, complete with cellular backup. Plus, if anything breaks, it’s under warranty for as long as I have the Ring Protect plan.
