The customizable zones are not as good as on the floodlight cam. It’s divided up into 3 sections that can be either on or off. That’s what kept it from 5 stars.

I had a problem with one of them and Rings customer service spent almost a hour with me on the phone to diagnose the problem. They did find a problem and sent me a new one instead of having to exchange it at the store. So I am happy with their customer service as well.

Questionable privacy policies - good camera though

Needed something to.use even if I'm out. Arrived on time and no damages and easy to set up

If not for this I would give a five.
