Sometime it doesn’t pick up or record the motion detector or won’t let you live scream from your phone I even brought a Google Wi-Fi extension or to make sure it wasn’t an issue with my Wi-Fi but it still doesn’t resolve the problem

We completely understand the relevance of having your home security up and running. Having peace of mind that your Stick Up Cam has a solid connection to the wifi network is very important. As a consumer, we expect a product to perform when we purchase it. Please know that we are here to take a deep look into this and ensure that it gets resolved quickly.
We understand the importance of being connected to live events in the moment. If you have recently received a notification on your mobile device or if you have gotten a blurry screen along with a message that the Ring App is having trouble connecting to the Ring device, this can be attributed to wifi connection. The three most common causes of this problem are the following:
* A poor connection between your mobile device and the internet
* Slow internet upload and download speeds
* A poor connection between your Ring device and your router.

It has zone movement detection which triggers it to start recording and will notify me immediately/ it is compatible with the solar panel

Camera bottom falls off

Video is clear but the camera bottom falls off and has to be attached with scotch tape. I returned to store and they sent me home with a footed bottom for my videocam. A footed bottom is for indoor use and am happy to have it; however, doesn't help with my problem.

Had a bit of trouble with signal strength. Make sure you have good wifi where you are using it. You have to pay a subscription to save videos or use Scrypted.

The only issue I have found is that the quality of the night pictures and the quality of any kind of distance is poor but still overall would recommend it. If you need high-tech Fort Knox then go with a paid security system/team. If you are ok with a good product other than Fort Knox surveylance then I recommend this system.

It works perfectly, even in heavy Florida rain and humidity, and allow me to see anyone who enters my property.
