After hours of trouble shooting it still disconnects and records nothing in the process. You think it works, leave your house and check, and nothing. Disconnects and won’t reconnect. Real cool paper weight!

It sounds like you are enjoying the features your Ring Stick-Up Cam Battery has to offer, but you are concerned with the video quality. The Ring Stick-Up Cam features 1080p full HD resolution, night vision, HD video recording, and a wide viewing angle. It can be installed just about anywhere. We recommend choosing a spot where it can provide the view that you want. While there is no setting to adjust in the Ring app to correct a glare, you can try to manually correct it. If your device is catching a glare, try physically adjusting the camera slightly to improve the video quality you are seeing. Angling your device slightly may reduce or eliminate the glare you are experiencing.
