I love the battery operated ones because they can go anywhere. Install is a breeze and the app works reliably. I’ve had trouble getting notifications on my iPhone, but a restart on my phone solves that problem...it was my phone not Ring. I also bought one of these to monitor my house interior while traveling. Works perfectly.

I have one outdoors and one indoors and they work flawlessly. They feature night vision and two way talk. Really nice addition to my security camera network.
