I was looking at the ring floodlights with the camera and they cost about $250 and would need to be wired in. This great camera was about 1/3 the cost and went up in minutes with no professional needed. It covers my garage and driveway- just the areas my ring doorbell couldn't see. The picture is clear and it's easy to adjust from side to side or up and down once it's mounted. The battery does need to be recharged periodically. I have had to charge it one extra time since the purchase (but we look at it a LOT so that drains the battery more). I usually take it out and do it when we are home and don't need the security. Well worth the price!

I have 3 of these already...and they are all paired with a Solar Panel. Batteries are always at 100%. Night Vision is great, but it is in Black and White. If you want night pictures in Color, use an LED Light Bulb Daylight....not the Bright White and Neutral White. Use LED Light Bulb Daylight. Check out the picture ... you can see the date and time and the difference in picture quality and detail.

Honestly, Ring cameras have the best quality for your money and the EASIEST set up I've ever had for home security. I've tried ADT CCTV (crazy complicated and EXPENSIVE), and Google nest (poor quality). I also have friends with different setups, and unless you're willing to hard wire something yourself, you're really just not getting ease and quality combined. I love Ring because that's what I'm getting. Plus, you can share the feed with a friend when out of town, everything is customizable, and the monthly plan is super affordable too (and we'll worth it!!) I bought a bunch of ring cams for my brother's house too and he loves it. We even placed one in my grandma's room at her assisted living facility to keep an extra eye out. Even on shared wifi there, the picture is always crisp. (I'll post a screenshot of that for an example.)

I value the quality, convenience and security of the ring camera. It has clear vision day or night. It’s accessible at all times via the app, I have had no issues receiving live stream feed. The notifications keep me in the know of activity, the expected and unexpected. It is nice to use as a reference when something claims to have been delivered, I can look back in the video log and verify if it was or was not. Cannot dispute evidence. It provides peace of mind and added security. The neighbors forum is nice too as it alerts me to happenings in the area to be aware of. The option to disable notifications or only allow in certain instances is nice also so my phone is not getting overloaded with alerts. Overall very satisfied with the ring camera.

I love my ring camera! After having a little incident at the house, we went and got this (was a bundle with the ring doorbell) and it’s worth it! You do need to subscribe to the protection plan if you want to have access to your videos after 1 month, but for a few bucks a month, I think it’s worth it. The actual set up was really straight forward and was able to install everything with the app in no time. Highly recommend for an affordable security camera to keep an eye on your home -and dogs in the backyard!

Of course these cameras are not as good as a high quality system you can pay thousands for, but for the cost, they work just fine. Night vision works well and I also purchased a Solar Panel. Solar Panel has been keeping the battery no lower than 97% with about 4 or 5 motions detected per day and an occasional live view each day.

I bought my first ring doorbell about seven years ago and always like the ability of seeing who was at my door and having the speaking ability. Two years ago I upgraded when I bought my new home with two more cameras strategically placed across my front driveway and walkway to my door, even though I live in a gated community, I prefer having a little more availability to see what’s going on my property. I purchased regular outdoor cameras along with the. Solar batteries ( because I did not want to climb up and down the ladder to charge batteries…) Bottom line is, I love my ring cameras, I can be out of town and see all of my cameras on my phone from the front door to the front driveway, the solar has worked perfectly to keep my batteries charged…. The customization for your needs and the 180° viewing ability is fantastic…. this past Fourth of July when I hung my Flags along my garage door. There’s a feature to adjust the motion sensor when the wind would flap the flag and now I don’t get the instant notifications. Ring customer service is fantastic. When I moved into my new house, my entry had a an angled wall so I called ring to see how to install my old ring on my new home and they recommended adding a wedge mount so it would angle the lens out, and they sent it to me complementary. If you ever have issues, they stand behind their product and they want you to be knowledgeable in how to get the most out of your Ring. I highly recommend this Brand.

    RING Security Camera

The camera is spot on...Outstanding! Keeps my camera powered at 100% 24/7. Super easy to install with accompanying video tutorials and has withstood 4 thunderstorms to date. The only issue I found was not having the ability or some type of wedge/leveler to mount onto siding (siding slopes out and in) so the camera doesn't "lean back" when it needs to point downward. Picture day or night is excellent!!

This is one of the easiest cameras to set up and use. The wireless capabilities have given me additional freedom to move the camera around the house and backyard when needed and it retains its connectivity. The battery life is great as well. I have to use it to monitor my mother who is currently in hospice care at home and it works great! Overall, I would recommend these cameras over the more expensive monthly subscription service provider cameras. Great buy!

Gotta say after years of wanting to purchase a security system I finally purchased these cameras (3) of them and it’s the best investment I’ve ever made, I don’t have to get up and look out the window or go see who’s at my door or in my house if I’m not home and that’s awesome, I can hear what their saying and can talk to them if I choose thru the cameras speaker how Kool is that, I’ve only had them a month and I love it, no more missing deliveries yeah! My suggestion is to buy 2 backup batteries so ur cameras are never down longer than a few seconds changing the battery, if you have a camera outside and live where you have plenty of sun then I recommend buying the solar system to keep your battery charged and it’s so worth it!!!

I feel so protective from this purchase. I stay on the first floor and I set it up on the back porch… let me tell you, it catches everything! I installed it myself (SUPER EASY, A Child could do it) in 15 minutes. Only took that long because I drilled into brick. The battery just hit 88% and I have only charged it when I got it. I recommend getting it! I am getting another one for myself and more for family.

I just got these Ring Stick Up Indoor/Outdoor Wire Free Security Camera's set up. Extremely easy to do. So Far So good. Way better than the Arlo's I had, and their protection plan is more affordable. Best Buy didn't carry the set up that Ring had so I only bought three cameras and the set that Ring offered on their site. Come on Best Buy, get the set in the store!

I got five of these and a doorbell cameras to provide 360 coverage of the exterior of my home. It’s pretty neat and the Ring app is very nice. I am enjoying these cameras. 4 of them are connected to solar panels and 1 of them are plugged in (wish I went with all Super Solar Panels instead of having 3 of the regular size versions). The plugged in mode offers better motion sensing adjustments and is more powerful but the battery mode still works very well. I wasn’t happy that I had to buy mounts to mount them to ceilings but many people probably would just sit these on something or wall mount them so I guess I understand why Ring didn’t provide them. I’m pretty happy with these would recommend them to others that are interested in having cameras for their home.

I love ring. I purchase 6 cameras to install around the outside of the house. I have no issues but the peace of mind knowing if something happened, the ring camera will capture and let me be able to see what happening. The quality of the camera seem solidly built. I have had for a few months and had no issues. Work great with the Echo Show 15 when you set up the alert feature. It alerts me when there is motion outside and shows me a live view.
