Great Buy

Got 2 of them, works with the Ring doorbell app. Battery is now at 27% after two months. Because it's cordless I took one on vacation and could use it in my hotel room. Only downfall is that it doesn't pan the room/only stationary. But it does have a pretty big fisheye area.

Good camera for motion activated activity

The subscription is at an affordable price. Reviewing videos or going live is user friendly. Cons: if your unit is in a high traffic area, you'll get alot of alerts, this will drain the battery out quick. You dont get 24 hour recording, instead it is motion activated.

Based on your review, it seems that you are not fully satisfied with your Ring Stickup Camera. The Stick Up Cam uses infrared motion capturing to detect motion, within its field of view. You can use the Ring app to determine the Stick Up Cam’s motion detection range and the specific zones where motion will trigger a smart alert. These settings help ensure that the Stick Up Cam will capture the events you want to see and ignore the ones you don’t. So much for creating these cameras. I’ve been able to catch robbers from robbing all the things in our neigborhood and send footage to the authorities The solar panel function is amazing. Beats having to use batteries or it connected to charger
