14 DAY RETURN POLICY (camera broke after 10 days)

One of the cameras I purchased stopped working after about 10 days. I drove around with it for a couple days. Bestbuy, ONLY HAS A 14 DAY RETURN POLICY?!!! I did get a replacement through the manufacturer. But only 14 days is ridiculous. Cudos to Ring but I feel like I should have went next door to Lowe’s and purchased my cameras. It is however written on the receipt.

You scan a bar code to get started & then each camera or module has its own bar code that you scan to bring into the system.

It gives us a sense of feeling secure with having it. Instead of seeing who’s at the front door I can instead see it through my phone.

We have them connected to the ring doorbell as well and I love how the system works so well together.

If you are familiar with Ring products, it sets up similar to the doorbell. You can set motion zones and have it interact with your other Ring devices. The one gripe I have is that it doesnt come with a wall mount. Typically, if you are buying an outdoor canera, you arent planning on placing it on a table. That should be included in the package. Other than that, I would say that it works well and, so far, we havent had any issues with it. I've only had it for about 3 weeks. I guess ti.e will tell if it was a good investment.

If you have ring products you will like this one as well. I wish the sense range was a bit farther if you are planning on mounting this outside. It is limited on sense range but overall it does the job.

Rest assured, we are here today to provide you with some information in order to ensure you get the most out of your motion detection! We are confident we can find a solution that works well for you and your home’s environment.
It sounds like the device is not performing as expected. Ring devices can detect motion up to 30 feet with the Motion Sensitivity slider at the maximum level. If you turn the Motion Sensitivity down, this range will be lower, decreasing false motion. If your device is not detecting motion, we recommend increasing the Motion Sensitivity using the slider.

For some reason it has a harder time connecting for the live view as opposed to the ring doorbell which I installed further away from the wireless router than the wireless camera. But other than that I have no complaints.
