Better Than Expected
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The ease of setup (both with the Ring app and the mounting system) was excellent. While the hardware/screws were not the best quality, the mount and the wifi connection were extremely good. What surprised me the most was the extreme viewing angles and clarity of picture. They are very impressive. As for the battery, I have them runjing over the last 30 days and the batteries are still around 90% granted, I live in a very private, wooded area, but still het motion hits several timea a day from the wildlife. Very gighly recommended.

||Posted . Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm really impressed with how easy it was to install this product! With just a screwdriver and a little bit of effort, I was able to get it up and running in no time. I love that it doesn't require a lot of equipment, making it accessible to anyone. Plus, the fact that it comes with a charger and has a decent battery life is definitely a plus. While there are a few things that don't work quite as well as they're described, overall I still really like this camera. The live view is fantastic - both day and night - and the picture quality is really impressive. However, it's worth noting that there can be a delay in motion detection, so you may want to keep that in mind when using it. All in all, I would recommend this camera to anyone looking for an easy-to-use and high-quality product. Just be sure to read up on what the camera does with and without a subscription, as that could impact your decision. But if you're like me and just need it for the live view, you won't be disappointed!

Satisfied Customer in Mississippi
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Excellent camera, easy to use and mount inside or outside. Picture quality is amazing. The battery life is very good and it’s very easy to change and charge the battery. I monitor my cameras using the Ring app on my iPhone and iPad, with no problems. Setting up the cameras and connecting to the app was simple and easy. I plan to expand my ring products to include the doorbell camera and chimes extender. I also plan to add additional spotlight cams outside around my house. I am very pleased with the quality and reliability of the Ring products.

Excellent camera and solid ring product!
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very easy installation and setup. Great picture quality and links well with other ring cameras and devices. The battery life has so far proven to be solid - I have 2 outdoors and one indoor in a very. Old climate. So far, each seems to keep approximately 30 days of charge before needing a recharge. A simple twist and the battery is removable. The camera will be down while you charge, but the app shows battery status well. It easy easy to see when they need charges and I never have more than 1 down at a time. Prepare for a premium subscription of at least $100 per year if you want to save video from multiple devices.

Good quality video
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Super easy to install and to use. The picture quality is great and I love that it not only has night vision, but it’s also in color at night if you select that option in the app. The app is very user friendly. The battery stays charged for a nice length of time, so I don’t have to constantly worry about recharging them.

Great camera....I ended up buying multiple ones...
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great camera for indoor/outdoor use and with the option to go with corded (wired) or battery pack (wire-free). I bought this wire-free version knowing that the mounting application (high up/ceiling) would best with an internal power source. I bought a spare back up battery to have to swap out as needed. On that note, I also have the wired version of this camera and it is identical as this one, but you just get the power cord instead of the battery pack. The battery pack and power cord are interchangeable between units as well. You do have added motion detection calibrations when used in wired mode over the wireless mode, but I wouldn't say it's a revolutionary difference in terms of added calibrations. I knew the application for this camera would be wire free, but if you are indecisive, it's easier to find and cheaper to buy the battery pack to use with the wired version instead of buying the power cable to use with this wire free version. It's and added cost this way, but it's an option if needed. App and set up is easy and intuitive. Monitoring and live view functions work great and integration with Alexa is just as great...especially with Echo Show devices. Video capture is great in light and IR night situations, as with the motion detection.

Great price point and tech but not there yet
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is actually good product but depends on what you will use it for. Here is some positives and negatives to it, or something to consider when you buy this camera. Pros: 1) Price point 2) Wireless and battery life 3) Decent picture quality 4) Works well with the phone app, every time I need live view. Cons: 1) Two way audio is not good, lot of times you can not hear well on the side of the camera. Phone side is good. 2 ) There is huge delay on the motion sensor, buy the time the camera-sensor register movement and engages in notification and recording, is way to late. 3) My third one has to do again with the motion sensor, sometimes does not even register motion. Now to give you a perspective of my application, I use it in my garage. So, somewhat controlled environment where all motion and sound should be relatively good received and projected, but unfortunately it is not.

Ring Stick Up Camera
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great camera with HD pics/video. Battery last long time. The only thing I don't like is the size. It's kind of big for today's standards. Setup was easy. Another dislike is it only takes a pic ever 14 mins at the most frequent setting which is a long time.

Perfect for what we needed
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought two of these two enhance home security along with my ring doorbell, one in the backyard and one over the garage looking down the driveway. So far I've been very pleased with him. I am not tech savvy at all but the setup and installation were very easy, and the images and audio are good as well. My wife works from home and is home alone all day, these make her feel a lot safer because she can access the cameras right from her work computer and even sound an alarm if need be

Hands Down the BEST!!!
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had this camera for 4 year, as well as 4 of the Spotlight Cams. The quality of the daylight videos on both are great, however the night time videos on the Stick Up Cam greatly surpasses the Spotlight Cams, Hands Down the BEST!!! Stick Up Cam night videos is almost as good as the day videos... Also works with Solar panel to keep battery charged. I like the quality so well I just replaced my 4 Spotlight cams 3 days ago,

Perfect inexpensive solution
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This took literally minutes to set up and provides a pretty great panoramic range. The images are very clear, even on night vision. The only bothersome thing I found is that I cannot tell how long the lithium battery lasts before needing a charge. I can't find any battery sensor, even on the app. I'm sure it is there somewhere though.

Ring is Great and this camera is the BEST
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Absolutely love ring products. My house is covered in ring cameras in and out. This specific camera is probably my favorite product. The picture is clear, signal stays strong, battery life is perfect (probably every two weeks with HEAVY action), and i love the ability to have color at night. Highly recommended!

Nice Camera, but pricing model is deceptive
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a very good, high-quality camera with a good battery life and nice features such as automatic alerts for detected movement, night vision, etc. The portability makes this a game changer, because you can pick it up and put it anywhere that you have a concern. However, in order to actually save any of your footage, you have to pay Google for a monthly subscription fee (beyond the one-month introductory period, which is free). This would be forgivable, if there was the ability to record to your own personal hard drive or NAS; however, this is not an option with this camera. If being able to record and save video is important to you, and you are not already paying for a Google subscription, be aware that the overall cost of operating this camera will be far higher than the actual sticker price.

Great cameras
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Ring cameras were easy to set up and install. Batteries took a while to charge but appear to last a long time. I recommend buying and additional battery for each unit with a stand-alone charger which charge the batteries in 2 hours. The clarity of the cameras are excellent. However, confirm you have a strong WiFi signal where you intend to mount camera. Purchase a good WiFi extender is signal is weak. Cameras need a strong signal to work effectively.

Fairly satisfied with camera
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This Ring Stick up Indoor/Outdoor WireFree 1080p Security Camera has a great wide angel view of my front yard. I had it mounted above my garage. The color by day and infrared by night are excellent. There is a two way audio that can be used to communicate with person during a live event. The app was easy to install and there are motion detection settings for range of motion. The battery life is good. Still 25% after 3 months of usage. Life of battery charge depends on level of activity, which is very active in my front yard. It’s necessary to purchase the subscription for creating and keeping your video library if recordings. The camera is basically useless without the subscription. One con to the camera is that the recordings have a lag time that misses the recording of an event at the very beginning. It can sometimes lag from 5 to 10 seconds, This could be caused because of the Wi-Fi location being too far away. All in all we are satisfied with the camera.

Pretty good, but with some drawbacks
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This battery-powered camera is really handy, as you can move it around until you get just the right spot, not having to worry about a power cord reaching to the spot you want. Video quality is good (though it doesn't seem to be as soon as they advertise), and the battery holds a charge for weeks, even under a fairly heavy load (frequent motion detections). My only complaint (and it's a pretty big one) is that it has a bright blue light that comes on when it detects motion. In a dark room, it is BRIGHT. You won't notice it during the day, really, but it's almost startling if you trigger it at night.
