Here at Ring, we take your security and peace of mind seriously. Please know that we are here to ensure that we can find a resolution together. Furthermore, there are a few things to look into when experiencing poor video quality. First, you want to make sure you are not experiencing any sort of outage with your internet provider where your network speeds are being affected. Lastly, you also want to verify your Stick Up Cam has a good signal strength, also known as RSSI: https://community.ring.com/t/how-it-works-your-ring-device-rssi-good-vs-poor/229. We also purchased the solar panel so we didn’t have to worry about have to climb a ladder (was placed high on the rear side of the house) to recharge.

I wish there was a way to mount it from the top (without having to pay for a separate mounting device) but other than that its a great camera.
