Amazon blows it with takeover of RING

So you nsent me them after I said I was going to return all 8 ,bad enough I had to talk to 3 people before getting told sure we can send them to you ...but we only have BLACK ONES sad how this company has gotten taken over by bean counters. The product mosyly works well except for the low temp issues I am sure half the robbers know this and thus can defeat this when a simple diode placed in the proper spot would greatly improve that providing just enough heat to stop the drop off from cold .but what do I know ?

It reaches a wide view. The Ring app has made a lot of improvements since I purchased this in February 2020 which makes these cameras more useful. Live view playback on the app is good quality even in the dark. Make use of the schedule and customization features so that you don't get an overwhelming amount of notifications for every movement and to save battery life. Simple set up instructions.
