The price and extra gift of an echo dot was the best offer around, so I ordered two more. I was disappointed that I only received one echo dot with the second order and tried to find a way to contact bestbuy. It was hard to report the shortage using the online support. I gave up. Other than missing an item, the online experience was positive.
