Got this camera to put in the barn so we could monitor our pregnant donkey. It was SO easy to install and it works beautifully! We did not want to have to deal with wiring, so the battery camera was the better option. You can monitor it using your phone, check on the battery life (it lasts for almost a week) and taking out the battery is so easy. The view at night is crystal clear. We are thrilled with this purchase. Highly recommended.

Great camera! Really enjoying it at home and captured great videos

The Ring Stick UP wire free security camera was purchased for an outside location. The feature I needed was a camera without lights to install near a neighbor's window. The setup and installation was easy and straight forward. After several months of charging the battery, I added a separate power line. After a full year, the camera continues to work outdoors on a fence without a roof flawlessly. In other outdoor locations, I prefer a wired camera with better optics

i love these ring cameras. i specifically purchased these to keep an eye on my dogs while i was working after we had a house fire. the quality is great and the battery life is pretty good.

I placed this in a spot where people walk past to get up to my deck. No one even knows it's there because of the color. At night it works in conjunction with a motion detecting spotlight to capture what (or who) may be passing through. It is extremely easy to set up and the camera's picture quality is very good. Notifications go to my cellphone and I can monitor it from my Echo Show devices whether at home or at work.

I bought this for myself for my back yard to watch my younger kids play in the back yard and keep an eye on them. Install was super easy and installed before a thunderstorm, it passed weatherproof with flying color. Connecting to the app was supet easy and no issues so far. Also used the solar panel with it too so didn't need to worry about charging batteries or an outlet near by. Gave me the freedom to put wherever my wifi signal could reach

Bought this ring camera for my living room for when I’m not home. I like how it’s in sync with my other ring camera in my front porch, so that light will also turn on at night in case of other movement out there. You also get updates from other ring users around your neighborhood in the app.

Great camera, easy setup. Battery or corded, works fantastically. However, after a power surge, I was not able to reconnect remotely. Connected back once I was on same wifi.

I love these little guys. They’re perfect for DIY home monitoring, and with the new price point, they’re simply too good to pass up. Crystal clear picture quality, even at night. Only caveat is that the Ring app will often load long after motion has been detected. To the point where when you finally got to your live feed, whatever set off the motion sensor can already be gone from view. That’s no good if you don’t have a Ring plan and all of your recorded interactions are saved. Only costs $3.00/mnth per device.

Easy to install, great picture, and aesthetically nice. The longest part of the install is charging the battery initially. The more times the camera records events, the quicker the battery runs low and will have to recharge overnight. We installed beginning of December and had to recharge the battery right before Christmas. I need to change the “events” settings to not record during certain times to help reduce the battery usage.

I just keep adding these cameras to my security system. I upgraded my wifi to an eero pro 6 tri band system. This definitely gave all my cameras the signal needed to perform at optimal dependability. Batteries are a plus and last a long time between recharges. Replaced an Arlo system that I was always swapping out the rechargeable batteries. Ring cameras are far better quality than the Arlo cameras.

Great System all the way around! I have had 3 different Security systems and after Purchasing the Ring System a Year ago we have decided there is no other system that Tops Ring in Price, Service, Quality, Options and the Customer Service by and from both Best Buy and Ring has been Excellent in everyway! When comparing this camera to other low budget cameras, it does well. Pros: - Inexpensive - Can be used with both battery and power cord - Works with Amazon Key - Easy to install - Decent, but SLOW app - Ring Protect plan is inexpensive Cons: - If you lose internet, all footage is lost. There doesn't appear to be a cache to store footage until your internet connection returns - Supports 2.4 GHz WiFi only - Doesn't support WPA3 - No PoE - Ring support isn't as good as it used to be - Ring app is often slow when attempting to view live video - No HomeKit support

We have had the Ring doorbell for some time now, but with the way our entry it positioned, we cannot see the driveway or people as they are approaching. We decided to add to it with the indoor/outdoor camera. The quality is great and it was easy to set-up and add to our current system. The app is very easy to use and sends notifications when it detects movement. With having kids, I love having the cameras to see what is going on around our house when we are home or away.
