I’m going to keep this simple: Camera: high definition, clear video in both full light and night mode Audio: clear and easy to use as a two-way—I regularly let my dogs know that I am on my way home from work, and it’s just as easy to listen in on them and make sure they are okay App compatibility: easily integrated into my existing Ring home security profile—I can view all of my Ring cameras simultaneously on my dashboard and quickly click in and out of each camera with ease Overall, very happy with this offering from Ring and have purchased several of these to place throughout my home and give me peace of mind, especially when my dogs are home by themselves.

This camera was so easy to put up and use! I bought the solar panel to go with it and I do not have to take the battery out and charge it! Video is very clear and I love that you can talk through the camera!

Easy to set-up and works well. I added it along some other ring devices and am happy with the performance. I bought an extra battery to keep coverage and am impressed with the ease of swapping and the battery life.

These are some of the best pieces of surveillance equipment for personal use. At $50, this was a great buy. This camera is everything you want and more.

This is my third Ring camera, they are so easy to install, very practical specially outdoors, video is clear, the push notification alerts are great I get to see when my amazon or fed ex packages arrive home. Fun to use it with the kids I am able to say good morning, have a nice day at school or welcome back

Works better than expected no issues. Covers a wide range of areas. Everyone complains about the battery life but I’ve gone over a month without having to charge it. So for me I’d say the battery life is good.

Just wanted something to cover the entrance and this works just fine. The vid/pic feed is clear and it’s easy to see what’s going on. Plus it was easy to set up. Haven’t done much else with it yet, but pleased with it.

Easy set up. Camera has a high definition, and wide field of view. The only problem is that it isn't as comparable with Samsung, as it is with Apple. It won't live stream on Samsung, but has no problem livestreaming on my iPad. Other than that it's a great product for a good price.

This camera works great. Very reasoprice wise and easy to install.

I bought this camera to replace a failed camera from another brand. I was at first skeptical of the battery-only power - I wanted the camera to be no muss, no fuss, zero maintenance after installation. I was pleasantly surprised at how long the battery lasts, even with less than optimal power settings (more sensitivity to motion, checking more frequently, etc). After a month of use, the battery still shows 61%, which I consider to be fantastic. There are options for supplying external power (even solar) that I don't think I'll end up needing. The only downside is that because of the low power consumption, it needs to be fairly close to a WiFi hotspot to work properly. I have a mesh network in my house, so this was fairly easy to accommodate. But if you only have one WiFi zone in your house, chances are you'll need a booster of some sort to feed the camera, which is of course extra up-front cost for you.

I bought this as a gift for my dad and so far it has been doing what I purchased it for. The images are clear and the set up was easy.

The RING Outdoor Cam Wire Free was easy to install on my Catio/Porch.

good outdoor cameras i would recommend getting the optional mounting for it totally strait mounting might not work for you it didn't for me aside from that one point i like ring cameras they work very well have a decent picture good motion detection
