I have to return my other cameras and replace with more of these. You need cameras to stay connected not randomly disconnect likes competitors do. I made that mistake! I want my Ring back. Will purchase more this week!

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Easy to install, battery power lasts about 2 months with my motion detection settings, app is user friendly Cameras cannot be mounted upside down (to a ceiling) as ring has locked down this feature in their software, you will need a special mount to fasten to a ceiling. If this issue was not present I would have given a higher rating, but overall this is a good system, with good compatibility to other platforms, good user interface and easy to use.

Ring camera works

The drill bit does not come in the package but I already had one since I also have the video doorbell ring device. I got the battery option so I change it every one to two weeks. Sometimes the camera misses the motion detection or there's a delay in notifications. The app isnt always that great as I have an Android but it seems to work best on iphones according to the reviews. Other than that, I like it and it was affordable for what I needed.

It can also be used on its own if you don’t want a door bell. I do not have any complaint or issue with this product, this is actually the second one we have purchased as we are pleased with the product and company. Customer service has always been quick to answer any questions or concerns.

It was very easy to install and add to our ring app with all the other cameras. Love that it can be used indoor and outdoor. We have only been using it indoor so I can't speak to how it holds up outside. Battery life has been amazing so far. We've had it for 6 weeks and the battery still has more than 50% left. We use the camera daily. Highly recommend!!

And since it runs on batteries, I cannot say enough about the battery life between charges! In the summer months it will hold a charge for about 6 month and in the winter months about 4 months.

This one was pretty simple to setup, the battery part is new to me, but given that we are putting this into chicken coop. We will have to see how long a battery charge lasts, I can foresee us getting another battery, my wife likes to live watch the chickens.

Im able to see the things in live view, however sometimes itdoesent detect movements and doesent notify me and i wonder if its the position that i have it because its in a tall place
