Just plug it up, connect to Wi-Fi, and you're ready. The best part is you can unplug it and move it anywhere in your house and it'll start right back up without having to re-input Wi-Fi info.

The drill bit does not come in the package but I already had one since I also have the video doorbell ring device. I got the battery option so I change it every one to two weeks. Sometimes the camera misses the motion detection or there's a delay in notifications. The app isnt always that great as I have an Android but it seems to work best on iphones according to the reviews. Other than that, I like it and it was affordable for what I needed.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Easy to install, battery power lasts about 2 months with my motion detection settings, app is user friendly Cameras cannot be mounted upside down (to a ceiling) as ring has locked down this feature in their software, you will need a special mount to fasten to a ceiling. If this issue was not present I would have given a higher rating, but overall this is a good system, with good compatibility to other platforms, good user interface and easy to use.

Great purchase

It can also be used on its own if you don’t want a door bell. I do not have any complaint or issue with this product, this is actually the second one we have purchased as we are pleased with the product and company. Customer service has always been quick to answer any questions or concerns.
