Easy to install. It took me 10 - 15 minutes to install. The features are great.

Works pretty well, but it does have a few shortcomings. The field of view doesnot go as low as I would like, and the software/app could use a little improvement. Also, when installing this be aware of how large your preexisting peephole is. I had to pay a locksmith to widen it so I could install the camera, bc it was abnormally small. All in all, this cam gets 90/100 from me.

Battery stays charged for months. App is easy to use and adjust the zones so you don’t get notifications for motions that aren’t really at your door.

One of the greatest purchases I ever bought. My wife and I LOVE our Ring. We are able to monitor activity outside of our apartment door without ever needing to open the door, let alone be home in the first place. What was more surprising (in a good way!) was the ease of use and user-friendliness of the Ring app. More than the physical product (e.g. single Ring Peephole), you are also getting the Ring community. My wife and I love using the Ring app and seeing all that is taking place in our area. Can't stress how happy we are to have bought this. Get one!

Hi love my ring doorbell, only thing I hate is I turned on the knock, and we live in a apartment and people slam there doors and it picks up all all 3 I tried it on, same result so it’s a great thing to have but I turned it off lol so no more problems, if you live in a house you should have no problem with the knock, I think here yes it needs to be off in certain apartments, so yes I would recommend this product, and another thing if your in a apartment that is very high traffic like mine I recommend before you leave Best Buy ,please buy a extra battery,

The video on this was surprisingly great, even with direct sunlight.

Works perfectly…needed it for mother in law with dementia. Helps us keep an eye out if she decides to wonder off alone!

This Ring doorbell camera is the peep-hole version and it fits in perfectly with the protection from the outer storm door/no chance for removing yet does what is expected, give a front door camera view!

Will probably replace it with a different manufacturer's non-peephole camera. Limited downward viewing. If you intend to use it to see if packages have been delivered you might not see them. Which is weird, the field of view is bigger if you looking out "manually". Also after a free month? of recording, you have to subscribe and pay a small monthly storage fee. The other major issue for me was mentioned by a lot of others: The motion sensor "even when set to the most sensitive" lags before the recording starts. So I got a lot of motion alerts but the recording only captured the persons back as they were walking away (useless for security protection). My front door is setback with a small covered porch and the driveway and section of the walkway is off at a 90-degree angle. So it's probably more a field of view issue then other peoples setups. Now, without a subscription, it's more of a "toy" to lookout. The app for a computer or phone is sub par and flakey.

I love all of the Ring products. This one really works well. I have one of the older models that I still use and it works great, however, the battery life is about at its end. It's one of the originals. This little doorbell has great battery life and it's super easy to disconnect it without dismantling it from your door. I like having the peephole too. It took the place of my doors' old peephole. The clarity of the camera is also outstanding. Very clear and has a good wide angle to it too.

My baby and Wife sometimes are home alone while I'm at work this helps us see who comes at the door so we know its safe to open.

This camera is very easy to install and setup. Video quality is very good and sensitivity can be modified. People are not using the doorbell function, it could be more obvious by putting a chime note on it.

Easy to use device. We have been using it about a month and a half and have yet needed to change the battery on the doorbell. Quality of picture is a little blurry and lags some but works well otherwise.

Easy to install. Works great. Battery life is fantastic. Only have to charge about once every couple months.
