Gave it three stars, because the first one was defective and I had to take it back. Second one set up easily, but would not connect to my wi-fi, even though my phone showed 3 bars and my laptop logged in just fine. Our wif-fi is iffy where we live, so not blaming that part on the unit. The exchange and the return at Best Buy were both simple.
