Ring Peephole doorbell is nice

I would recommend this to a friend Better Option for Condo and Apartment Dwellers

Once installed, it has worked well. Also, purchased on sale for under $90 with a new Echo Dot free. This def sweetened the deal.

Ring Peephole camera

I searched for videos to help me know what to expect. My previous peephole was stripped and a challenge to remove so we had to use some channel locks or something. I found the app set up pretty easy to customize as well.
