Purchased this while on sale, so it was a good price. It's easy to install and active; great trial period, not certain if the paid subscription is going to be as good since they will have the money.... All in all I would purchase this doorbell camera again.

Have only had for a short time. Was easy to install on door and connect to internet. Good picture quality.

I am so upset with myself for waiting so long to order the Peephole doorbell! It was so easy to assemble my 12 and 14 installed it for me. The videos are very clear on my phone. The bell rings louder than the original door bell I had. Notifications are spot on and I love the neighborhood notification feature. Yearly monitoring is very affordable. I will be purchasing more Ring products in the very near future.

Love the doorbell didn’t have to rewire the old door bell. Love how u just remove the current peephole and just replace it with the camera. Install was very simple

Purchased this unit instead of door bell due to trim around frame. My only complaint is the delay in hearing voice. View thru peephole is good.

The doorbell is easy to hook up. And once activated, seems to work great for the first 30 days. But then, after 30 days, I was not getting notifications when my neighbor passed my door to their condo. Prior to the end of the 30 day free subscription (activated upon setup), you can go to the app, and rewind the recording of the day, to view the activity. Once the 30 day free trial is over, there is no ability to review previous activity. So if you needed proof of recorded activity, you need to subscribe to their service plan. The basic one, $3/month, retains recorded activity long enough to access in event of an incident.

I have had the peephole cam since December and that has given me some time to evaluate it. It was very easy to install in the peephole of the door. One of the reasons I chose the peephole cam is that my existing doorbell is off to the side, the peephole camera gives me the perfect view, The only thing you have to remember with the peephole cam is that it runs on a rechargeable battery. The battery life will vary depending on how you set the camera up, notifications and how often something passes in front of it. I usually get a couple months before I have to charge.
