Spare battery for Ring doorbell 2

It sounds like the device is not performing as expected. The Ring Quick Release Battery is a rechargeable battery pack for your compatible Ring Video Doorbell, Ring Security Camera, or Ring Solar Floodlight, so you'll always have backup power ready to go. If the Ring Quick Release Battery Pack is not charging, we recommend using a different cable and outlet to charge it. When the battery is charging, there should be a green and orange LED on the battery, and only a green LED when it is done charging. If the battery still isn't fully charging after these steps, it might have reached the end of life cycle.
