A Fine Battery Pack

These are well-designed in my opinion. They are easy to swap out and lock securely in the battery chamber.

Battery was not charged upon purchased

Batteries should be fully charged and ready to use upon purchase. You will definitely need 2 batteries, so you have to purchase the extra batteries. I did not know this until I purchased the RING camera.

We can definitely provide you with more information regarding the concern mentioned in your review.
While most Ring Doorbells and cameras arrive with a battery charge ranging from 50%-70%, you may charge your Ring camera’s battery before installation. Please note that charging batteries too much can cause them to run out of power faster and take longer to charge. To help your battery last longer, stop charging when it gets to about 90%.
