None of it was compatible. I had to bring it all back and return it. My contractor who was install installing it, went out and bought the correct materials for me. It all comes down to training and attention to detail and Best Buy just doesn’t have it.

As cold weather sets in, lithium-ion batteries like those used in Ring Doorbells and Ring Security Cameras may experience several issues including trouble holding a charge, running out of power faster than normal, or losing functionality. Knowing at what temperature batteries will start to be impacted can help you take the necessary steps to keep your device working. When the temperature drops to: 36°F (3°C): The battery may not hold a charge as effectively, resulting in having to charge the unit more frequently. 32°F (0°C): The battery may not charge at all. Even hardwired configurations may not charge the battery. -5°F (-20.5°C): The battery may stop working completely until temperatures warm up. When it gets cold and your device's battery runs out, bring your entire device inside and charge the battery with a USB cord. This will allow your device to warm up while the battery charges.

Bought this battery, charged both up and I am still on half total battery life after a month. Well worth investing in.

Due to the location of my cam quickly realized I was going to be charging them more often than I had wanted, which meant for me pulling out our ladder taking down our cam switching out the battery then having to re-adjust the cam trying to get it back to the perfect angle. Maybe if my cam was at a more accessible location or I was using for a doorbell I would have kept it.
