Purchased to always have a charged battery ready to go for our Ring doorbell. These last a surprisingly long time. We did not want to pay an electrician to hardwire the doorbell, so nice that there is a long-lasting battery option.

Needed a new battery for my ring doorbell...old one was discharging quickly. This new one is working great, still on 1st charge after 3 weeks or so.

I bought this so I can charge it and change it out and change the other one .. but they last long time … don’t switch them that often. Good batteries.

I purchased this second battery after having to recharge the original battery of my Ring camera every 3 months or so. Now I only need to recharge both batteries twice a year. The price of $30 for the second battery is well spent!

Good overall experience and is easy to use and install. Charging was as easy as opening the box and plugging into the charging process.

I have several cameras attached to my home and I don't like to charge the batteries often especially in bad weather. So it's a good idea to invest in two batteries in each camera. P.S. the can't be hardwired or solar paneled due to the locations.

Great battery for ring cameras. Its always better to have two batteries installed into the cameras. Havent had any issues with them so far.

I appreciate that Ring created a doorbell/security camera that can run on a battery so we’re not reliant on old or non-existent wiring. This battery is a backup that will stay charged so I can easily swap out the current battery and soon as it gets low and avoid any downtime.

very convenient battery, I'm glad I didn't have to wire my ring Camera and drill holes on my house to run the wires when you have an easy way of using rechargeable batteries that last up to six months before you have to recharge them.

Own camera, and door bell, and use the rechareable batteries for all. Long lasting, as only need to charge, or replace with spares each 3 or 4 months with camera on at all times. Keep a couple of spare batteries, and changing is done within a minute. Great product.

Batteries seem to last a decent amount of time. Like the fact they are rechargeable. Also keep an extra charged as a backup for the Ring camera.

Added as a second battery to our outdoor ring security camera. Solar panel is keeping the two batteries in the unit charged.

I got this extra Ring Doorbell battery to save time. I still have a 1st generation Ring Doorbell and when the battery would go down I would have to take the Ring off the wall to charge it. With the Ring Doorbell 2 it takes 2 minutes to switch batteries. Having a removable battery was brilliant.

There is room for two batteries in the camera. Wise to get two. One lasts about 30 days, but with inclement weather, you can give yourself some extra time before the camera power runs out. On the other hand, you can recharge one as necessary and keep your camera in constant use.

Getting an extra battery was a no brainier,we already started using it because it cuts out the down time of our camera allowing us to easily pop in our extra battery and put the other on charge. We found that getting a second battery is what is needed for a security system.
