We moved into our new house in May. There was a Ring doorbell installed but they didn't leave the charging device. Best Buy helped us buy a new battery. We're good to go now.

So far these batteries last quite a while even with them being active all the time. I did purchase another set as you can leave a backup battery in the cameras so you have to change them out even less.

Have not used yet. Wanted to have an extra battery pack charged at time of changing battery so as not to have to open case twice or be without doorbell while the batteries charge.

It takes quite awhile to charge these batteries and I now can easily switch out the batteries without my doorbell system being down for several hours. Just what I needed!

This is what I just needed. I was in need of a back up.

I got an extra rechargeable lithium ion battery for my ring camera. It is very easy to change and done quickly. This way the camera is always on and there is no "down" time.

Last a very long time on a single charge, would definetly recommend

Recommend getting a second battery for the cameras, they take a while to charge, I have to, nice to simply swap out the battery and put it on a charger.

One battery came with my ring equipment and I have purchased extra batteries as a backup that way I always have one charged when it's time to change them

So far i haven't found anything to dislike and its been doing its job just fine so i think it was well worth it.

Super convenient to have a spare battery always charged to replace the Ring 2 batteries. No down time, just swap and charge the dead battery for the next swap.

I purchased this for my Ring 2 doorbell as a backup. I wanted to have a charged battery to swap out the dead one to avoid down time on my doorbell. It is made of sturdy hard plastic and appears to be the identical battery that came with the doorbell. I’m pleased by its performance. It holds a charge for well over a month. It’s a bit pricy, but worth the investment.

A 2nd battery is a must for Ring devices. When I get a notice that my current doorbell is critically low, the replacement recharges in enough time. Used with a Ring doorbell 2.
