Back-up Battery

Very convenient and easy to switch out.

Extra Battery

Instead of taking the battery out and having several hours of no security, I can have security at all time.

A smart and useful option

We just recently added a second Ring camera to our home, expanding our Ring ecosystem. The Lithium-ion Battery is fantastic. It’s super easy to use. You can charge it via micro-USB cable or with Ring’s battery pack cradle (which I recommend as this is much faster). The battery I use is for the Outdoor Spotlight Cam, and it has the Quick Release feature which is unbelievably convenient when it comes time to replace. And of course, the Ring app alerts you when the battery is running low and needs replacement/charging.

Works as expected and has an easy install. Allows camera to have enough power to use the light feature.
