None of it was compatible. I had to bring it all back and return it. My contractor who was install installing it, went out and bought the correct materials for me. It all comes down to training and attention to detail and Best Buy just doesn’t have it.

I’ve noticed that the battery charge is not lasting as long as the original battery that came with my doorbell. With that being said, it’s depleted about 47% of its charge in 5 weeks. If I only have to charge this battery every 10 weeks, that’s fine with me.

When the temperature is in the 20's we experience problems with the recording.
